Report: West Virginia basketball to compete in 2025 Charleston Classic

The West Virginia basketball team is set to compete in the 2025 Charleston Classic per a report.

Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports was first with the news.

The rest of the field to date is expected to be Georgia, Clemson and Xavier.

It will be the 18th year for the tournament which is played in TD Arena in Charleston, South Carolina.

Last season the event was held Nov. 21-24 with Drake winning the three-day tournament.
