NFL ready to hire temporary workers for 2025 draft in Green Bay

GREEN BAY – The National Football League is looking for people to work the 2025 NFL Draft at Lambeau Field.

The league said April 11 that community members and fans can register for the temporary positions that pay $18 an hour. The deadline to register is April 21. The league said positions are expected to fill fast.

The draft is scheduled for April 24-26 in and around Lambeau Field, Titletown and the Resch complex. Estimated attendance is 250,000 over the three-day event, although that is not 250,000 unique individuals. For example, someone attending the draft all three days would count as three people.

Workers must commit to at least three shifts during the draft. Jobs include such positions as Draft Experience ambassadors and wayfinders, field goal-kick assistants, 40-yard dash crew and hospitality team members.

The NFL Draft Experience is the league's fan festival, which features immersive exhibits, exclusive sponsor activations, the Play 60 youth zone, autograph sessions with NFL players and alumni, photo ops and more.

Workers must be 18 years and older and must complete a one-hour virtual training session.
