Offseason program announced

The NFL announced the schedules for teams' offseason programs and so did the Rams. While some teams are reducing the number of OTAs they hold, the Rams will start the earliest day they can (April 21) and will hold nine OTAs out of a possible 10. Half the league is only holding six.

Hanging out with Steph Curry

Quarterback Matthew Stafford and receiver Puka Nacua took advantage of the offseason to spend some time with NBA star Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors.

Free agent bids farewell

Outside linebacker Michael Hoecht left the Rams as a free agent, signing with the Buffalo Bills. He took to social media to say goodbye and to say he hopes the Rams and Bills meet in the Super Bowl.

Picking up fourth-and-one plays are often game-changing. The Rams are great at it. They are first the NFL in success rate over the last three seasons, converting more than 90% of the time.

Headquarters plans announced

The Rams unveiled plans for a new team headquarters that will be part of a massive $10 billion project. It will make Cardinals fans jealous as the Cardinals have committed to putting $100 million of changes for a new facility.
