New Seahawks 2025 draft caps have been revealed

The 2025 NFL draft is nearly upon us, and we know we are getting closer because of one telltale sign:

New merchandise!

Every year, the NFL releases draft-specific hats for each team. They are worn by the players when they walk on stage, after hearing their name being called, as they head to shake hands with Commissioner Roger Goodell. On Friday morning, this year's draft caps were released. They are simple black with a bill sharing the team's primary color, and a small pin of an icon specific to the team/city they represent.

For the Seahawks, the caps could have easily gone with something recognizable like the Space Needle or a fish from Pike's Place Market. Perhaps they could have gone with a guitar to represent Seattle's contribution to rock music from the likes of Heart, Jimi Hendrix, and the Grunge movement (among several others!).

Instead, they opted to go with a symbol ubiquitous to the Pacific Northwest: our old friend, Sasquatch. Only this time, Bigfoot is holding a football.

The caps are simple yet sharp, and they have a few variants. The addition of Sasquatch is sure to be a popular one, and will likely get a few more purchased by 12's who are also outdoor enthusiasts. They are also ready to be purchased at the Seahawks Pro Shop for anyone interested.
