The Texas Longhorns are looking to sign a big offensive line class in 2026 and UT just got a big piece. Very big. Spring Klein (Texas) four-star interior offensive lineman Nicolas Robertson has committed to the University of Texas. The 6'3", 335-pound prospected chose Texas over LSU, Alabama and Texas A&M.
Robertson announced his commitment while visiting the 40 Acres to watch spring practice. OL coach Kyle Flood reacted to the commitment on X/Twitter by flashing Hook'em Horns. According to Inside Texas, the "commitment had been in the works for a while."

Scouts say Robertson is best in the downhill running game and uses his considerable frame to move defenders out of the way. Recruited for the interior of the line, Robertson plays left tackle at Klein, showing his athleticism. Flood only recruits linemen he believes have the physical and athletic ability to make it to the NFL. Flood also favors size.
Robertson will need to keep his weight under control. He tells Jason Suchomel of OrangeBloods.com he's trying to get down to 320 before his senior season for the BearKats.
