How to watch Alabama vs. Tennessee this weekend: Time, TV channel for Top 15 series

Even despite a majority of attention across the fanbase largely on the 2025 NCAA Tournament at the moment, let's not forget however that the Alabama Crimson Tide are set to host what is likely college baseball's top series of the weekend slate over the next three days, which starts tonight against the Tennessee Volunteers.

The nation's No. 1 ranked team according to the USA TODAY Sports College Baseball Coaches Poll, Tennessee will come to Tuscaloosa fresh off their first loss of the 2025 season in which they fell at home to ETSU during the mid-week.

For the season, Tennessee also sits at 20-1 overall with an undefeated 3-0 mark in SEC play after a sweep over the Florida Gators at home last weekend. The Volunteers are also the defending national champions, and sport one of college baseball's most talented rosters headlined by the likes of Liam Doyle, Gavin Kilen, Marcus Phillips, and Levi Clark, among others.

As for Alabama, the Crimson Tide are ranked as the nation's No. 12 team in the latest Coaches Poll, and are sitting at 21-1 overall for the season, as well as undefeated at 3-0 in SEC play also. The Crimson Tide are also led by one of college baseball's top players in Justin Lebron, along with a talented roster alongside the shortstop.

Prediction: Alabama wins two games, Tennessee wins one

Alabama and Tennessee previously met for a three-game set a year ago in Tuscaloosa, with the Crimson Tide taking that series with a victory in Game 3. I'll say that this series plays out in a similar fashion as well, likely coming down to a Game 3 on Saturday afternoon.
