What is an enduro race
An enduro race is an endurance race, typically ran into the night. For example, the Rolex 24 at Daytona and the Le Mans 24 are 24-hour races. Teams of drivers, usually up to four drivers, take turns running during the race.
Last year's GT4 America Lonestar Enduro had two-driver lineups with a maximum stint length of 50 minutes.
Lonestar Enduro rules
Last year's Lonestar Enduro paid double points to the season-long championship standings. The race was three hours long.
This year's race, like last year's, will be on the COTA National Circuit, which NASCAR just utilized earlier this season.
2024 Lonestar Enduro winner
Kevin Boehm and Kenton Koch won last year's Lonestar Enduro with Random Vandals Racing, earning the win with a late-race full-course caution. Random Vandals Racing fielded a BMW M4 GT4 G82 last year.
