Four-star WR recruit Gordon Sellars names top schools
As the 2026 recruiting cycle gains momentum, four-star wide receiver Gordon Sellars has narrowed his choices to six schools: Georgia, South Carolina, Clemson, Ohio State, Michigan, and North Carolina A&T. He is planning to announce his commitment on April 18th.
Gordon Sellars, a four-star recruit, is ranked No. 203 nationally, No. 33 among wide receivers, and No. 13 in North Carolina, according to the 247Sports composite rankings. Sellars plays high school football for Providence Day School in Charlotte, North Carolina.
He has scheduled official visits to Clemson, South Carolina, Georgia, and Michigan this summer, in that sequence, though this schedule could be adjusted following his commitment announcement.
James Coley, Georgia's wide receivers coach, is continuing his recruiting success in the 2026 class. Following a stellar 2025 class, he's already secured commitments from Vance Spafford and Brady Marchese, and the addition of Gordon Sellars would further solidify an outstanding group.
Gordon Sellars, at 6-foot-2 and 180 pounds, offers the kind of physical presence Georgia is actively seeking in its wide receivers. Following the additions of Noah Thomas and CJ Wiley, who both bring significant length, Sellars would be a good options to enhance the room's physicality.
247Sports projects Sellars to commit to Clemson.
