Former Notre Dame starting quarterback Drew Pyne will once again look for a new home

When Drew Pyne left Notre Dame after being the starter in 2022, it seemed like he was moving on to play more, which unfortunately wasn’t the outcome.

He would first move onto Arizona State, and didn’t play much there, and then last year made another transfer move to Missouri. It was the same results with the Tigers as with the Sun Devils, Pyne didn’t see the field as much as he would have liked.

Like he has done in each of the last three seasons, he will be moving onto another program as it was announced by 247Sports Matt Zenitz that Pyne will once again be entering the transfer portal. At this point in time, my guess would be that he will look for a school that doesn’t have a solid quarterback situation, or even potentially play for a non-Power-Five school.

We wish Pyne the best as he once again looks to find a school where he can see significant playing time.
