Darius Butler dubs Broncos’ Pat Surtain the best CB in the NFL

Pat Surtain has established himself as not just the best cornerback in the NFL but also as the best overall defensive player in the league. This past season, he helped the Denver Broncos return to the playoffs and won the Defensive Player of the Year award.

So it should come as no surprise that there are media members who sing high praises for the reigning DPOY. Former NFL cornerback Darius Butler, who appears on the Pat McAfee show, gave Surtain a glowing endorsement about his standing in the league. Butler believes Surtain has earned the name as the best cornerback in the NFL.

Check out the post below to see Butler elaborate more. Surtain’s play has been at an elite level since he’s entered the league, nabbing three Pro Bowls and two All-Pros in the four seasons he’s been in the NFL. But, while Butler could have said the best defender in the league, we can settle for the best cornerback.
