Cooper Kupp's asking price reportedly a 'hold-up' for interested teams
Former Los Angeles Ramsreceiver Cooper Kupp reportedly wants to decide his next team soon, but there appears to be an issue with the contract he's looking to sign with a new team.
The Athletic's Dianna Russini reported Kupp's asking price of $13 to 14 million is holding up his suitors, and thus dragging out the process of him signing with a new club.

This aligns with earlier reports by The Athletic's Jeff Howe and Mike Giardi of the Boston Sports Journal. Howe said teams are willing to offer Kupp up to $12 million, while Girardi said that some teams believe Kupp's demands are "insane" for where the almost-32-year-old is in his career.
While it's unclear which teams are the most interested, an earlier report tabbed the Seattle Seahawks and Dallas Cowboys as two teams making a push for Kupp. The Cowboys' interest may be fleeting, though, as ESPN's Adam Schefter added that they're unlikely to land Kupp — possibly because of his asking price.
Despite Kupp's age, injury history and declining production, he's still proven to be a commodity teams are pursuing. It will be interesting to see which team ultimately lands the Rams legend — and what they pay for him.
