Other than perhaps attacking the guard position with the right name, the Cincinnati Bengals mostly feel done with NFL free agency ahead of the draft.
That's not an exciting idea for fans who watched as the team mostly made measured, smaller moves and otherwise focused on the new contracts for Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins.
Still, there are some quality free agents left on the market if the Bengals want to make additions before the rookie class arrives.
OG Brandon Scherff
He's still out there, though it's unknown what the holdup might be. Scherff just turned 33 last December so it's hard to say. But his acumen as a pass-blocker remains something the Bengals would really like. He'd solve one starting guard issue right away.
DL Calais Campbell
Campbell continues to produce going into his age-39 season. If he's looking to latch on with another contender, the Bengals could use the rotational snaps, never mind the mentorship he could provide the likes of Kris Jenkins Jr. and others.
S Justin Simmons
Formerly a huge name, Simmons boasts 32 picks over nine seasons and multiple All-Pro nods. The Bengals seem intent on running it back with Geno Stone next to Jordan Battle under a new coordinator, but improving depth couldn't hurt.
CB Mike Hilton
The two sides seemed sure about a split, yet Hilton has yet to find a new home. He's still great as a blitzer and tackler, so they could find snaps for him despite a youth movement. His impact on the locker room and culture is obvious.
Edge Za'Darius Smith
We can plug and play pretty much any rotational pass-rusher on a short deal at this stage of the market. Smith is going into his age-33 season but remains effective -- hence nine sacks last year. They need rotational help no matter what happens with Trey Hendrickson.
Other notables
Corner Asante Samuel Jr. has big injury and tackling concerns but is worth a look. Running back Nick Chubb has the obvious injury woes. Von Miller might be another option as a pass-rusher. Corner Rasul Douglas is a nice press player for depth. Stephon Gilmore could be another Eli Apple-like signing at corner.
