This week has been a rough one for the Cincinnati Bengals publicly.
Bengals executive vice president Katie Blackburn had comments about the upcoming stadium lease in downtown being blown out of proportion, prompting a response from big names in the county.
Before all that, though, Blackburn's comments about the Trey Hendrickson saga earned the ire of many fans -- before the star defensive end took to a public interview himself to respond.
Given the state of things right now between the Bengals and Hendrickson, it doesn't seem likely that a contract extension of any sort will happen soon.
In the meantime, Bengals fans themselves have had plenty to say on the topic as the standoff between the team and Hendrickson got public and messy in a hurry:
