Trump wins Montana
Former President Trump has won Montana, according to a projection from Decision Desk HQ.
Trump's win in Big Sky Country was expected. He carried the state in 2020 over President Biden by 16 points and won it by 20 points over former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in 2016.
The state also saw a competitive race between Sen. Jon Tester (D-Mont.) and retired Navy SEAL Tim Sheehy, as well as a measure on the ballot that would establish a constitutional right to an abortion up to the point of fetal viability.
