Kehoe wins Missouri governor's race
Missouri Lt. Gov. Mike Kehoe (R) has won the governor’s mansion to replace the term-limited Gov. Mike Parson (R), according to a projection from Decision Desk HQ.
Kehoe was expected to win the Show Me State’s top office against Democratic state House Minority Leader Crystal Quade, according to polling ahead of the Nov. 5 contest. He was backed by the outgoing governor as well as former President Trump.
Kehoe served in the state Senate before being appointed as lieutenant governor. He was the majority leader of the state's upper body from 2015 to 2018.
