Former Trump adviser discusses president's approach to Ukraine war

Three years ago Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine. President Trump says he can end the war, which he recently blamed Ukraine for starting. Lt. Gen. H.R. McMaster, who served as Mr. Trump's national security adviser during his first administration, joins "CBS Mornings" to break down the president's approach.
