South Carolina, the defending national champions, will seek its third title in the past four years. The Gamecocks will take on Texas and Madison Booker, the SEC player of the year, making their first Final Four appearance since 2003.
In Friday's second game, the overall No. 1 seed, UCLA, playing in its first Final Four battle, will face the only No. 2 seed in the national semifinals, UConn.
The Huskies are led by All-American Paige Bueckers, who scored a combined 71 points in the two regional games. UConn is in its 24th Final Four, the most of any men's or women's Division I basketball team ever.
