LSU gymnastics star Livvy Dunne will not compete in the Tigers' opening round of the NCAA University Park Regional on Thursday.
The fifth-year senior suffered an avulsion fracture in her kneecap before the regular-season finale against Auburn and was held out as a precaution, wearing a knee brace. She rehabbed before the SEC Championship against Oklahoma, Florida and Missouri, but was again held out as a precaution. Ahead of the matchup against Arkansas, Michigan and Maryland, she was again left off the lineup card.
LSU is set to begin the 2025 NCAA gymnastics tournament at 6 p.m. on ESPN+.
