The Philadelphia 76ers have five games left in the 2024-25 season as they look to just get to the finish line of what has been a miserable season. Expecting to contend for a championship, the Sixers have instead dealt with a ton of injuries that have derailed any hope they had at winning.
As the Sixers head into the final stretch, the goal is to be sure they're in the best position possible to keep their top 6 protected draft pick. They won't know their fate until the lottery on May 12, but the Sixers have to be sure they have the best odds to keep their pick. If it doesn't land in the top 6, then it conveys to the Oklahoma City Thunder.
