Some notable names are in danger of missing the weekend at the 2025 Masters. The cut at the Masters is made after 36 holes to golfers in the top 50 and ties. As of Thursday evening, it was looking like it would be 2 over.
Masters tournaments played up through 1956 were held without a cut. The Masters introduced a 36-hole cut in 1957, and it reduced the third and fourth-round fields to only the low 40 players.
Data Golf predicts the cutline could be as low as 2 over come Friday, but that has plenty of time to fluctuate.
Here's a look at those in danger of missing the cut following the first day of play at the Masters.
