State champ scorers and more: Vote for the High School Girls Hockey Player of the Year
Just like that, the 2024-2025 winter sports is behind us. Champions were crowned, and All-Scholastics are in sight. However, before we get started on that, help from our readership is needed.
Our readers will be picking the player of the year in each of the winter sports. Under this new format, readers will have a say in who is named player of the year, just as it was in past years with the Male and Female Athletes of the Year. But this time, the player pool has been trimmed to a select few, an accomplishment on it's own. Each school has been limited to one candidate maximum.

Vote for our High School Girls Hockey Player of the Year. Votes by readers will make up 20% of the tally, while our four reporters (Eric McHugh, Jason Snow, Ryan Vermette and Chris McDaniel) will account for the rest of the vote.
