Six Nations 2025: Fixtures, squads and how to watch on TV
The fourth round of the Six Nations got under way on Saturday with France completing an emphatic 42-27 victory over Ireland in Dublin before Scotland survived a second-half rally to beat Wales 35-29 at Murrayfield later the same day.
Then on Sunday, England shed their straitjacket to beat Italy 47-24.
Victory for France has thrown the Six Nations championship wide open and means Fabien Galthié’s side can wrap up their first title since 2022 with a bonus-point victory over Scotland in Paris on March 15.
England remain in contention to win the Six Nations title, however, but they must beat Wales on March 15 and hope other results go their way.
Ireland are also still on for the ‘three-peat’ but need a big win in Rome next weekend, potentially leaving points difference to decide the championship between Ireland and England in the event that France lose.
When are the next Six Nations matches?
The final round of games are on March 15.

What TV channels are matches on?
The BBC and ITV are once again sharing coverage in the UK, with S4C offering Welsh language options. France Television is the home of the Championship for French fans. RTE and Virgin Media are again covering the games in Ireland. In Italy, Sky Italia continues its coverage of the Championship.
Radio coverage of the whole championship is available on BBC Radio 5 Live.
This may yet be the last year that every match of the Six Nations is shown on free-to-air terrestrial television in the UK. The existing broadcast deal with ITV and the BBC only runs to the end of this year’s tournament. It is understood that tournament organisers are considering bids from pay-TV broadcasters like TNT Sports or Sky Sports. A move behind a paywall became a possibility when the government opted not to continue to designate the Six Nations as a “crown jewel” event. Concerns have been raised about the negative impact of the Six Nations going behind the paywall might have on the game.
Are Six Nations tickets still on sale?
Tickets went on sale last year. If any are still available, they are for sale via the host nation for each fixtures.

What happened to the Six Nations logo?
It was redesigned at the end of last year and launched amid much mockery. Supporters have variously compared the new version to the Mars logo, a Looney Tunes advert and Microsoft Word Art.
What are the best of the latest odds?
- France 1/12
- England 10/1
- Ireland 22/1
- Scotland 375/1
