Shohei Ohtani put adorable pictures of his dog, Decoy, on his cleats
There probably aren't many more things that Shohei Ohtani loves more than baseball. Something — or someone, rather — that probably does fall into that category is Ohtani's dog, Decoy.
Can you blame him? What an adorable dog. Decoy has been stealing our hearts since he showed up during Ohtani's acceptance of the 2023 AL MVP trophy. He seems like such a good boy who absolutely deserves every single treat there is.
Ohtani brought Decoy onto the field with him during the Dodgers' Tokyo Series games against the Cubs. Not literally, but symbolically.
He put Decoy on the bottom of his New Balance cleats and included pictures of it in this Instagram carousel. This is awesome.
What a good pup.
