She said yes!
During the final round of the 2025 Valero Texas Open, love was in the air at the Avocado, the par-3 16th hole that features a bunker in the middle of the green. A couple was standing along the right side of the hole when the PGA Tour Live cameras cut to them, and the commentator asked Johnnie (or Johnny, we're guessing here!) whether he had something he wanted to tell his girlfriend, Alyssa.
"The last three years have been the best of my life and I'd like to spend the rest of them with you," he said to Alyssa while dropping to one knee.
And wouldn't you know, the Avocado now has its first (we think) proposal. Good thing she said yes.
