Report: Steph Curry (pelvic contusion) joining Warriors on road trip
To open their six-game road swing, the Golden State Warriors suffered a loss to the Atlanta Hawks on Saturday night. During their loss to the Hawks, the Warriors were without their All-Star point guard Stephen Curry. Following a hard fall against the Toronto Raptors on Thursday, Curry suffered a pelvic contusion, sidelining him for the first game of their six-game road trip.
After missing one game, Curry's return could be looming. According to Shams Charania of ESPN, Curry is joining the Warriors in Miami for their road trip. At the start of the trip on Thursday, Curry stayed in the Bay Area while he recovered. Despite joining the Warriors on the road, Curry's status for their game on Tuesday against the Miami Heat is still to be determined. Curry's status for Tuesday's contest in Miami will be decided by his response to treatment while the Warriors have Sunday and Monday off.
Stephen Curry is traveling to join the Warriors in Miami, and his status for Tuesday's game against the Heat depends on treatment response for his pelvic bruise over next two days, sources tell ESPN. Golden State is on game two of a six-game trip. https://t.co/SA3Tsrz51A

Following their game against the Heat, the Warriors will play the New Orleans Pelicans on Friday and the San Antonio Spurs on Sunday.
In 60 games, Curry is averaging 24.2 points on 44.7% shooting from the field and 39.4% shooting from beyond the arc to go along with six assists and 4.4 rebounds per game for the Warriors.
Without Curry against the Hawks, the Warriors started Brandin Podziemski and Moses Moody in the backcourt alongside Jimmy Butler, Draymond Green and rookie Quinten Post.
In Butler's highly-anticipated return to Miami, the Warriors are slated to meet the Heat on Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. PT.
