Reidsville completes second straight perfect season with 60th straight win, state title
A North Carolina team finished a perfect season Saturday with its 60th straight victory and its second straight state title.
Reidsville finished 31-0 after topping Northwood 71-54 in the 2A championship game. It is the second straight undefeated season and has a record of 86-1 over the past three seasons, including 29-0 in 2023-24, with its only loss coming in the 2023 state final to Farmville Central.
To further illustrate the Rams dominance, they won their games this season by an average of 30.3 points all but four of them by double digit margins.

Junior Dionte Neal led Reidsville in the win with 24 points. He is the team’s leading scorer this season at 22.8 points per game.
Kendre Harrison, a 6-foot-8 junior, is considered one of the best athletes in the country. He is committed to Oregon and is the No. 41 rated basketball recruit in the country according to 247 sports, which also rates him as the No. 13 overall football recruit, and the top tight end, in the class of 2026. He scored 16 points with 11 rebounds and six blocked shots.

Senior Johnniyus Sharpe was named MVP with 18 points on 7 of 16 shooting.
The North Carolina winning streak record is 91, by Beauford High School from 1960-62.
