Joe Flacco is back in the AFC North and could face his former team after agreeing to a deal to rejoin the Cleveland Browns on a one-year contract. It's a $4 million deal that could be worth up to $13 million in incentives if Flacco can win the job or play enough snaps.
Flacco won the league’s Comeback Player of the Year award in 2023 after leading the Browns to the playoffs following Deshaun Watson's season-ending shoulder injury.

Flacco, 40, spent last season in Indianapolis, throwing 12 touchdowns and seven interceptions in eight games, including a 2-4 mark as a starter in relief of an embattled Anthony Richardson.
The Browns have Deshaun Watson, who could miss the 2025 NFL season as he recovers from a second ruptured Achilles tendon suffered in January, just three months after initially injuring the tendon against Cincinnati.
The move for Flacco comes after Cleveland acquired Kenny Pickett in a trade with Philadelphia.
