The Greenville Drive celebrates 20 seasons of summer evenings in the city, where “Sweet Caroline,” fireflies, fireworks, cold drinks, green grass – and a Green Monster – are part of a very special recipe. It’s the stuff of childhood memories and a centerpiece of community in Greenville. The first pitch of the 2025 season is April 4.
“We are super excited to have been a part of this community,” Katie Batista, marketing director for the Greenville Drive, said. “Baseball is always an exciting time of the summer for kids and families alike, because it's not something that you have to know a whole lot about in order to enjoy it so much. There is other stuff going on all around the actual game on the field, but then when the game on the field gets exciting, the whole fan base gets involved in it and gets excited for it.”
The celebration of this milestone season will bring special events, opportunities for all ages and a fresh look at family fun.
“This year, we're really trying to put our thinking caps on and outdo ourselves in terms of what our fan experience looks like, so that we can continue to provide the best experience that we can at Fluor Field – but also just have as much fun as we can,” Batista said. “We're looking at things a little differently, bringing in a few different theme nights that we think the fans are going to enjoy, doing some special giveaways that celebrate the 20th anniversary, and just trying to have as much fun as we can this summer.”
Counting it down
After 1,250 Drive games, 20,000 TD Bank shirts tossed, 61,000 foul balls and 399,000 scoops of Sweet Caroline’s ice cream, there’s still plenty to explore and celebrate, including the 6 millionth fan expected this summer.

Evening games this season begin at 6:45 p.m. Afternoon games will still begin at 3:05 p.m.
Let’s get started
Opening weekend April 4 – 6 includes fireworks Friday night after the game – and after every Friday night game this season – as well as Greenville Little League Day on April 6, when Little League players, families and fans come together for a day of baseball and community fun. Little League teams and coaches from Greenville County participate in a pre-game parade and participate in between-innings entertainment.

- Tickets purchased prior to the day of game: $9 for Pesky's Porch; $11 for Reserved, $12 for Dugout View, $14 for Home Plate View, $20 for Green Monster, and $15 for the Sam Adams Deck
- Tickets purchased the day of game: $8 for Lawn and Deck; $11 for Pesky's Porch; $13 for Reserved, $14 for Dugout View, $16 for Home Plate View, $25 for Green Monster, and $15 for the Sam Adams Deck.
