Two former Arsenal teammates were spotted reconvening in the buildup to Saturday’s La Liga meeting between Barcelona and Real Betis.
The pair in question? Wojciech Szczesny and Hector Bellerin.
Barcelona and Real Betis are of course currently locked in action on the La Liga front, in Catalunya’s capital.
Ahead of proceedings getting underway, the two squad of players, in turn, made their way to Montjuïc, to kick into gear their respective pre-match routines.
As much saw the groups of stars cross paths, giving rise to a number of cordial exchanges and pleasantries between friends, former teammates and compatriots.
And as alluded to above, front and centre in these conversations were two ex-members of the senior setup at Premier League giants Arsenal.
With Wojciech Szczesny now on the books of Barcelona, and Hector Bellerin plying his trade with Betis, the pair were spotted in friendly conversation in the tunnel at Montjuïc:
