A pair of high-level Michigan State recruiting targets in the 2026 have officially arrived in East Lansing, Mich. for their official visits this weekend.
Two offensive line prospects in the 2026 class are taking official visits to Michigan State this weekend: four-star tackle Kelvin Obot of Fruitland, Idaho and three-star tackle Quinn Buckey of Bakersfield, Calif. Both of the prospects posted on social media on Friday indicating their arrival to Michigan State to kick off their official visits.
Obot ranks as the No. 13 offensive tackle and No. 147 overall prospect in 247Sports' composite rankigns for the 2026 class. He holds a rating of 93.83 on 247Sports composite and is listed as the top player from Idaho in the class. According to 247Sports, Michigan State is one of 25 schools to offer Obot, with Arizona, Auburn, Boise State, BYU, Cal, Duke, Florida, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio State, Oregon, Purdue, Tennessee, Utah, USC, Washington and Wisconsin also offering him a scholarship.

Buckey ranks as the No. 69 offensive tackle in 247Sports' rankings for the 2026 class. He holds a rating of 87 and ranks as the No. 84 player from California in the class. According to 247Sports, Buckey holds notable offers from Michigan State, Vanderbilt, Arizona, Oklahoma State, UCLA, Stanford, Boise State, Boston College, Minnesota, Northwestern and UNLV.
