The Aaron Rodgers saga is never-ending at this point. Every NFL fan gets to sit back and laugh as long as their team isn't attached to him. The situation, though, may finally be reaching its breaking point.
NFL Insider Tom Pelissero keeps it simple when explaining Aaron Rodgers's situation: "It's Pittsburgh or wait."
Outside of Pittsburgh, the discussion has centered around the Minnesota Vikings, but even that situation seems farfetched. The NFL Insider adds, "We’re in a very small percentage chance here that this thing changes and he has Minnesota open up."
But Minnesota isn't likely to open up.
Aaron Rodgers may have played the waiting game for too long, and he may find himself away from the NFL until an injury opens up an opportunity. In an extreme case that he may be open to, he may sit out a year and attempt to play in 2025 for a team that is desperate enough for his services.
