KJ Adams injury update: Kansas forward helped off after collapsing from non-contact injury

In Kansas basketball's loss to Arkansas in the first round of the men's NCAA Tournament, it also lost a key player down the stretch.
Late in the second half of Thursday's game, KJ Adams Jr. exited the court at Amica Mutual Pavilion with an apparent non-contact leg injury.

Adams left the game with 13 points on 5 of 8 shooting from the field with four rebounds, two assists and a steal.
The 6-foot-7 forward's injury turned the final, as Kansas had just taken the lead at 67-64. After Adams left the game, Arkansas went on a 15-5 run to end the game to pull out the 79-72 victory. It is the first loss in the first round of the NCAA Tournament for Kansas since 2006.

After a stoppage of play in the second half, Adams has to be carried off the court and into Kansas' locker room by several members of the Jayhawks medical staff.
After Adams left the game with 3:10 to play, Arkansas dominated Kansas, outscoring the Jayhawks 15-5. The nature of Adams' injury looked serious.
