How many points did Zach Edey score tonight? Grizzlies vs Jazz box score

Three days in between Memphis Grizzlies games meant a role change for Zach Edey.

The rookie first-round pick not only came on the bench on Tuesday night against the Utah Jazz, but he was further down the pecking order. Jaren Jackson Jr. started at center, then Jay Huff was the first sub.

However, that didn't deter Edey. He checked in with 3:34 left in the first quarter and made a noticeable impact in the Grizzlies' 140-103 win over the Jazz at the Delta Center.

Edey made a small impact through the first three quarters. The Grizzlies started the fourth quarter with a 23-point lead and Jaren Jackson Jr. in the locker room, leading to coach Taylor Jenkins relying on his bench.

The extended time in the fourth quarter allowed Edey to find a group. He scored 12 points in the fourth quarter while playing the entire frame.

This was an encouraging performance ahead of a showdown against the No. 1-seeded Oklahoma City Thunder on Thursday (7 p.m., FanDuel Sports Network).

Here is how Edey fared on Tuesday night against the Jazz.
