Free Agency: Cowboys sign 2nd-round WR after Super Bowl championship stint with Eagles
The Cowboys haven't sniffed a Super Bowl ring in nearly three decades, but they'll be able to at least get a good long look at one when their newest free agent signing gets to town.
Dallas has agreed to terms with wide receiver Parris Campbell, who spent last season with the Philadelphia Eagles (but did not play in the team's 40-22 win over Kansas City).
NFL insider Adam Schefter broke the news of a one-year deal Saturday afternoon; the Cowboys confirmed the report shortly thereafter on the team website.
Campbell, 27, was a second-round draft pick out of Ohio State in 2019, spending his first four seasons with the Colts. A one-year stint with the Giants followed in 2023, and then he played just five games last season with the Eagles.
Dallas will mark Campbell's third stop within the NFC East in as many years.

Campbell's career stats are not exactly mind-blowing: 49 regular-season game appearances with 27 starts over six years, with 123 catches for 1,117 yards and six touchdowns.
With the Cowboys, he'll join a crowded room of depth receivers looking to establish themselves behind top option CeeDee Lamb. Veteran Brandin Cooks is on the open market in free agency, Jalen Tolbert enjoyed his best pro season and was the offense's second-most-targeted wideout, and return ace KaVontae Turpin could be in line for a bigger role as a pass-catcher in the regular offense.
Jalen Brooks, Jonathan Mingo, and Ryan Flournoy all played some last season, too. Jalen Cropper, Kelvin Harmon, and Seth Williams are currently listed on the Cowboys' practice squad.
