Florida State football is entering its second week of spring practice.
After holding its first scrimmage last weekend, head coach Mike Norvell and coordinators Tony White and Gus Malzahn name-dropped players during the first week of practice.
It has been a mixture of portal players, true freshmen, and returning players taking a step forward on the practice field. Here are some Seminoles who are trending upward after one week of spring ball.

The Tommy Castellanos-Duce Robinson connection
Quarterback Tommy Castellanos and wide receiver Duce Robinson have been quite the duo. Both have expressed how close they are, and it showed on the field.
Castellanos has been working on his deep-ball passes, and Robinson has been the primary target. Robinson has been praised for his work ethic and playmaking abilities.
"You don't see guys who are able to create plays like that very often, and just the ability he likes the feel he has of the game mixed with his athleticism mixed with the arm talent he has,” Robinson said.
