Tammy Abraham’s future has seemed unclear for some time now, but it seems that some clarification may be found by AC Milan, powered by performances.

When Milan made the decision to bring Abraham to the club in the summer mercato, it felt a little like a panic move, even if the groundwork had been in place for quite some time. Nevertheless, the Englishman arrived and made an impact straight away.

Since then, it has been a campaign of highs and lows, and justifying a move for the inconsistent striker, whose season has been derailed by injuries on occasion, has felt like an increasingly apparent risk when considering a permanent deal.

However, in his latest return, he is proving himself once again, and perhaps, it may be the decider.

As Corriere dello Sport write this morning, the striker is climbing the hierarchy at the club, and the situation may have been reversed. Right now, he seems to be the starting striker at the club, despite the heavy investment into Santiago Gimenez, and the idea of him being a rotational option upon arrival.

The management are still making considerations about the former Chelsea man’s future, given Roma are not asking for pennies – a €25 million fee is the idea, whilst the wages are high. At the end of the season, the two parties will discuss the future, but for Tammy, it seems he has an ideal and he is fighting for it.
