Class 6A boys basketball: Tulsa Union advances to first state final since 2014

Chants of ‘Rudy’ echoed throughout the gym AT Yukon high school.
The moment came midway through the fourth quarter, signaling good faith in praise of Tulsa Union coach Rudy Garcia. At that point, it was clear that Tulsa Union was on the brink of something special, and the celebration began.
Tulsa Union is headed to the Class 6A state championship game for the first time since 2014 after defeating Broken Arrow 57-55 in the state semifinals.
Big man Miles Flemons led the way in the win, providing 16 points and 10 rebounds. Teammate Korbin Gunn added 15 points, six rebounds and four assists while Triston Driver added 13.
Jailun Talley led Broken Arrow with 16 in the loss.
