Caitlin ClarkCaitlin Clark broke another record, this time in women’s sports cards!
A rookie card featuring her signature sold for $366,000, including the buyer’s premium, at Goldin Auctions on Saturday, March 29. It’s the most a women’s sports card has ever sold for, beating a 2003 NetPro Serena Williams RPA that sold for $266,400 in May 2022, according to ESPN.
The 2024 Panini Prizm WNBA Signatures Gold Vinyl Prizm card features “a single-copy print run, superb blue ink signature, and dazzling Gold Vinyl Prizm visual effect,” according to the auction description. On the same day, a LeBron James card sold for $1.159 million, including buyer's premium, at the auction house.
For fans of both basketball stars, the cards hold incredible value.

The card sold for a historic $366,000 at auction on March 29“Clark's rookie collectibles — especially professional cards depicting Clark during her Fever tenure — are among the most coveted cards in the basketball collecting specialty,” reads the description of Clark’s history-making card.
Clark, who was picked as the No. 1 overall in the 2024 WNBA Draft, went on to be named Rookie of the Year by the Indiana Fever. Even before she entered the WNBA, the 23-year-old guard caught the attention of the basketball community for her three-pointers and confidence on the court while playing for the University of Iowa. While there, Clark became the all-time leading scorer in NCAA basketball.
The rising sports star is proud to bring more attention to women’s basketball.
