Cincinnati Bengals wideouts Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins are good friends, something that wound up playing a big role in both guys signing long-term extensions with the team.
Footage of the two often stresses this point, too. In a recent video shared by the Bengals, Chase and Higgins sat down together and had some hilarious back-and-forth comments while attempting to discuss the Triple Crown that one of them brought to the city.
“What makes Uno’s game so special is he has everything in his bag," Higgins said. "I mean, what he can do with the ball in his hands is unbelievable. I’ve never seen it before. And I got to see it first hand.”

Chase had a funny interruption at that point, so Higgins got sarcastic as he continued: "He did a pretty good job of playing football last year."
If nothing else, this sort of vibe helps explain why Higgins switched to Chase's representation, then the agent in charge of negotiations used this unique leverage over the Bengals while getting long-term contract extensions done.
