Seminole Ridge's blazing rush up the latest USA TODAY Sports girls flag football Super 25 was the headliner of another shift in the rankings. The Hawks took down multiple top teams last week, including Spanish River and Palm Beach Gardens.
Meanwhile, Bloomingdale's one-point thriller over top-ranked Tampa Alonso created another slide that opened the door for a new No. 1 team as the action moves ahead in April.
Heading west from the Florida competition, Stone Memorial now has company in the race among Tennessee's top teams, with undefeated White County entering the Super 25.
And looking to the northeast, the first two New York teams have entered the picture as the season gets underway in the Empire State.
Super 25 flag football selection process
In partnership with the NFL, the teams are determined by a USA TODAY Network selection committee of editors and writers in the participating states and the USA TODAY High School Sports staff.
The process considers factors ranging from last year's results based on NFHS Network data, carryover into this season, and a primary focus on 2024 records and overall performance.
Here is the latest USA TODAY Sports girls flag football Super 25.
