Established in 1894, the Tigers hold the distinction of being the American League's oldest continuous one-name, one-city franchise.
Over the years, they’ve captured four World Series championships (1935, 1945, 1968, and 1984) and claimed 11 American League pennants with legends like Al Kaline, Miguel Cabrera and Charlie Gehringer.
