New York Jets head coach Aaron Glenn made an appearance at the 2025 NFL owners meetings in Florida.
While there, Glenn did much more than just pose for the league's annual head coaches photo... he had his influence on those talks and chatted with the media on all-things Jets.

More than a defensive coach...
Glenn comes to New York after spending four years as the defensive coordinator of the Detroit Lions... and the Jets will remember him as a cornerback on their own roster back in the day.
Despite that, Glenn said the defense will not be his only focus. Offensive coordinator Tanner Engstrand will be hearing from the head coach regarding the offense, too:

Competition (even kind of at quarterback)
"There's going to be competition," Glenn said. "That's across the board."
When asked about Mougey calling quarterback Justin Fields the starting QB for the Jets in 2025, Glenn pumped the brakes a bit. He did not say it's a full out competition between Fields and Tyrod Taylor, but Glenn made sure to note there will be battles everywhere the roster.
