2025 NFL draft: Pro Football Focus makes 'fan favorite' mock for the Buffalo Bills

Pro Football Focus released their latest 2025 NFL draft mock but tossed aside their usual tactics.

The football analytics outlet did not dig into the fancy stats completely for this one. Instead, "fan favorite" selections were made in this projection.

The Buffalo Bills enter this year's draft holding the No. 30 overall selection in Round 1. The team can go a variety of ways with it.

One area of the roster that many have pointed to is the middle of the defensive line. While the Bills have Ed Oliver there, the spot next to him could be addressed.

Veteran DaQuan Jones is slated to start there, but Buffalo runs a large rotation on the D-line. PFF projects Oregon's Derrick Harmon as the space-eating type of player that can do that job.

On top of that, as opposed to Jones, Harmon could turn out to be a long-term pair with Oliver in the trenches for the Bills.

PFF's breakdown on Harmon to the Bills can be found below:

Bills fans watched Patrick Mahomes get sacked and harassed by the Eagles' incredible defensive front in the Super Bowl and want that for their team. Despite notching just five sacks in 2024, Harmon posted an incredible 17.6% pass-rush win rate from the interior and a 91.2 PFF pass-rush grade on true pass sets. This fit is perfect if that’s the fans' line of thinking.
