Watch live: Trump gives closing remarks to North Carolina voters
Former President Trump returned to battleground North Carolina Saturday evening, after making a pit stop in Virginia earlier in the day.
The former president will issue his closing arguments to voters in the Tar Heel State, criticizing the Biden-Harris administration over rising housing prices, high inflation and the cost of "illegal" immigration, according to the campaign.
His visit to North Carolina also comes as early voting wrapped up in the state. Vice President Harris also campaigned in the critical swing state, which has 16 Electoral College votes up for grabs.
With less than a week until Election Day, The Hill/Decision Desk HQ's polling aggregate shows Trump with a slight edge over Vice President Harris in the state — 49.1 percent to 47.7 percent.
The rally in Greensboro, N.C., is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. EDT.
