Watch live: Trump delivers first remarks as certified election winner

President-elect Trump is set to give remarks Tuesday morning focused on his economic agenda from his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida.

The speech marks his first public comments since Congress officially certified his 2024 election victory Monday.

In recent days, the president-elect has been vocal about his desire to push his agenda through with just one "big" bill. However, he has also showed willingness to support a two-bill reconciliation package.

His speech also comes a day before he is expected to meet with Senate Republicans on Capitol Hill, likely to make the case for his administration picks that require confirmation from the upper chamber.

The event is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. EST.
