Harris wins Rhode Island
Vice President Harris has won Rhode Island, according to a projection from Decision Desk HQ.
Her victory does not come as a surprise in the deep blue New England state, where she had a 98 percent chance of winning, according to DDHQ.
President Biden carried the Ocean State by 21 points in 2020, and it was one of only three states where Biden won every county during the election.
Rhode Island has four Electoral College votes.
