And still there’s another 10 days to go. After 15 bumpy weeks, will this budget ever come? The nation remains in the back of chancellor Rachel Reeves’ Ford Mondeo, moaning: “Are we there yet?”
“No – not yet, have another Fruit-tella,” snaps Reeves.
