European trade: 10 January transfers you might have missed
Premier League clubs dominated the January window but there were some intriguing moves across the continent

Giménez had interest from Premier League clubs in the summer but decided to stay at Feyenoord. The Mexican has been restricted to just 10 league starts this season due to injury, but he has still managed to score seven goals in the Eredivisie. It’s easy to see why Milan were willing to spend £26.6m on a striker in January. They have only scored 33 goals in 22 league games this season, so will be hoping Giménez stays fit and in form.
