President-elect Trump denounced a spending bill that Democrats and some Republicans had agreed on, pushing the government closer to a shutdown later this week. Elon Musk also weighed in on the spending bill. And sources tell NBC News that the House Ethics Committee will release its report on its investigation of former Rep. Matt Gaetz.
