Major winter storm threatens much of US with snow and ice

Around 60 million people are in the path of a massive winter storm that has already caused chaos on the roads in the middle of the country. The weather is expected to bring heavy snow, blizzard conditions and dangerously cold temperatures from the Midwest to the East Coast. NBC’s Maggie Vespa reports for Sunday TODAY.
